ARC Gym Wokingham is a friendly independent health and fitness club, created and run by a local family, focused on Strength & Conditioning training. We set out to build a top-end training facility with a great social atmosphere, and we’re very proud of what we have achieved.
Here, as a beginner, you can learn correct lifting and training techniques that will not only make you fitter but perhaps make you feel better about who you are while making your day to day life ultimately easier.
